Here is a shot I took this morning in Wascana Park. We got over a half a foot of snow in the past 24hours. Thankfully its mostly melted already.

We remember that scene well having lived in the prairies for the most part of our lives. We were always proud of our endurance level, but not so anymore.

I can hardly believe how so very different Wascana Park looks with a blanket of snow! I don't know about snowy winters, but to me this looks so beautiful!

Hey neva, Regina is only about 100 miles north of the US border. We usually don't get snow this early but it happens once in awhile. Kinda nice change actually, but thankfully the snow is melting fast so we can get back to enjoying the fall.
