I see the ducks haven't flown south yet! Many are still here in Ontario too. How do they keep their feet warm? ;-)

So peaceful. You're very lucky to have such a wonderful park by the water. And the fog just makes it better!

Misty and foggy! It reminds me of Johnson Park, a local park here in New Jersey with many ducks and geese. Thanks for sharing.

Migs: What a neat shot of the lake and all the waterfowl. I hope there is a lot of fish in there.

Isn't walking in the fog a joy, esecially with a lake and plnty og birdlife? Great.

Loving the eerie look of the fog around the lake, and so nice to be able to contrast that with previous pics of the lake at other times in the year.

What a great shot! I've always wanted to do a foggy shot but we don't have much and then too, I don't like getting out in it. :-) This one is beautiful.

Wow you just sort of take the "Tuesday" out of "My World Tuesday" don't you? I just scrolled through your other posts for the week and you basically do "My World" every day!

Then again, if I had so many beautiful places to shoot, I'd probably want to show my world every day as well. I love the melancholy feeling of this shot. Truly inspiring.

great photo. I like the spooky, ethereal look of the trees and the fog in contrast with the very ordinary geese.

My husband turned off the light in the room just as I was looking at this photo. Wow. What depth that lent it, and the colours - the blues, greys, and browns - just popped out. Phenomenal post.

I'm reminded of large groups of sea gulls all standing at attention facing the evening sun on the beach here on southern west coast. Are the birds in your picture on their way somewhere specific, like toward someone offering bread?
