Regina's downtown business district is even busy during a cold winter evening. This shot was taken last night in -25 degrees weather. Brrrr

I like how the blue sky contrasts with the high rises and the snow on the street, the lights and the angle of the shot. Nice!

All the blue conveys how cold it is. Brrr, indeed.

The blue hues make it even colder. Nevertheless, it makes a picture perfect.

"Cool" photo from a "cool" place :)

Nice blue shades on the buildings. Is that F or C degrees? At that temperature it doesn´t make much difference though. -25F = -31C.
