Summer photo of a relatively unknown AE Wilson Park in northwest Regina. Lots of great pedestrian bridges and pathways for biking or walking.

I thought Regina was on the prairies? LOL I can see why many sites refer to Regina as an oasis on the prairies, and is it true that every tree the city has been planted by man? Great photo

That bench looks very inviting - I would love to just sit there peacefully enjoying nature all around.

It would be a pleasure to walk or bike that path.

Looks like a lovely spot to sit and watch the river go by or start a nice long walk.
Pretty photo. Makes me long for summer.

Lovely shot, if that is an unknown park, I would love to see some of your "known" parks. I am glad I found your blog, I will do more browsing.

I live within walking distance of this beautiful park. I use the paths for jogging from April to the end of Sept.
That footbridge is just one of several that are found in the park. Lots of birds and waterfowl also. The City of Regina maintains the park very well which is why it looks so terrific.

I also live about a block from this park....I love walking it's many paths and bridges...great picture Guy. It is true that every tree in Regina was planted by man...the first pictures of the town show nothing but bald prairie.
