That's a neat sculpture. Some of the areas around Erie, Pa have big fish sculptures, all different.

I first moved to Regina in 1972 and that frog was on that lawn (in three broken pieces!)

This was done by students of Joe Fafard better known for his large bronze cows and horses. We have about five other sculptures by him in the city which would make excellent subjects for photographs.
