The tallest building in Regina as well as the Province of Saskatchewan is the 'Delta Hotel and Convention Centre' in downtown Regina.

Great perspective, I that is the hotel we are staying at this summer. Is it across the street from a casino?

Nicely composed. Beautiful buildings and the flags put it all together.

Nice photo, I like how you included the flags with the skyscraper.

Probably the best view in town too!

I wonder why we insist on constructing high-rise buildings where there's really no shortage of space.

For Per Stromsjo,

So that it makes for a vibrant downtown community... and it also makes cities more recognisable. Regina's twin glass towers make for a pretty iconic symbol, especially for a city of its size.

Also... imagine the land and land taxes that would be involved in having a ground floor only hotel of that magnitude. Now imagine having not only hotels of that magnitude, but also businesses and companies... wouldn't make for very walkable streets...

Guy,
Your blues and greys with swashes of sun and flags for color have become your photo signature. Wish I had such an identity!
