Here's a summer evening shot of storm clouds forming over beautiful Wascana Creek that flows right through the center of the city. (Watery Wednesday)

Guy, I am not from Vancouver. My entry is from Vancouver though :D

I'm sure Vancouver will showcase their beautiful winter wonderland come 2010.

Can't wait for summer, eh? Lovely capture.

Great shot. You managed to get most of the color spectrum in this. I also like the very slight ripple effect in the reflection and the disturbance in the water in the lower right.

what a great picture--I especially like the way you can see the reflection of the sun in the water but you can't quite see the sun in the clouds...only the brightness--very, very cool!

It's lovely to read that word 'creek' in a different context! It's used all the time here in Australia, but not in Britain, where I grew up.

Did it rain or snow? They look warmer than a month ago for sure.

Oh boy, the warm weather can't come soon enough now. I've been good and not complained all winter, but now it's enough. Cool summer pic and so good with the last wintery one!

Lovely shot! I love the way the clouds were lit up by the sun the sun's reflection in the waters. Quite poetic.

Wow! You caught it perfectly as the sun came up over the tree line. The reflections, the color, everything is exceptional. I know from experience these are the photos you have to plan and wait for. Nicely done.

What a lovely shot; you even caught some ripples across the water. This scene is so tranquil in spite of the dramatic storm clouds. I love it!
