This morning Regina was hit with heavy ice fog that made for some great frost on the trees. Thankfully it warmed up today and the melt is underway.

Here is a pic of one of the many winding pathways within the urban forest of Wascana Park.

That is a beautiful scene, but I'm glad it is you and not me. Bad enough that we will have lows in the 40s F for the first weekend of "spring"! It was just in the 80s - what happened!?

That is truly a gorgeous photo. Am somewhat amazed at the amount of snow that you still have. Mind you we should remember having lived on the prairies ourselves for years on end.

There is something really cool about frost covered trees and plant - they look different from snow covered ones and are especially great to photograph, as you did so well. Perhaps that is the last of the frost for this season???

Like a fairyland of ice! So very very pretty and just a tad haunting!

It made me think of Narnia. It's so beautiful, and yet as one of the other commenters said, I'm just a tad grateful that it's you there taking pictures of these beautiful scenes and not me!
