Here is a shot from a couple weeks ago of Wascana Creek at first melt. The warmer weather is a long time coming. (Watery Wednesday)

Nice but I think winter is hanging on too long where you are.

Very cool, I wouldn't want to be walkiing on that ice.

You poor northern people suffering from lazy spring. The ice looks fabulous every time, though.

Finally getting some movable water there I see! Looking forward to seeing what the lake has to offer when it's wet. Meanwhile, I'll soak up this thaw. Love it!

Can you pls send Wascana Lake here so that it'd melt soon and would make our air a lot cooler than the heat we have here right now. :)

I would love to see the Wascana creek in summer, too! It must be a wonderful view with all those snow melted down. I like this one for sure. Hope summer will arrive soon in Regina :). Best wishes.

A Frozen Watery Wednesday to you too! We are so mentally into spring in North Carolina but just got another cold snap!

Even though we've pulled out of the deep freeze here in SW Ontario, it would be worth going "back in" to see a scene like this - but hey, with your blog post, I don't have to!

Lovely photos as always. Looks like it's starting to thaw there. We have a bit of rain but it's warm which is nice.
