Today is 'Remembrance Day' in Canada, which is in my opinion one of the most important days in the calendar year.

This is the day that we pay tribute to those who gave their lives for their country. Pictured here is one of the many memorials located in the city in honour of these brave soldiers.

What a fantastic sculpture to feature on Veterans Day! We honored two WWII veterans at our weekly Eagan Rotary lunch meetings today! Great blog, Guy!

Beautiful picture. I'm sad to say I had to work today and I find that so disrespectful. :(
