That first pic is outstanding.
Fantastic captures -- both of them, Guy! Of course by now everyone knows how I love those bare trees against the sky! Hope you've had a good week and wishing you a great weekend!Sylvia
Oh that first picture is heart-stoppinly beautiful.
Beautiful images Guy.
Those are both wonderful. I love the steeples against the sky.
You certainly are taking advantage of mother nature during this winter. Nice colors, wonder composition. Thanks for sharing.
Is the first one a "mackeral" sky? Beautiful shots!
Wow, amazing captures! Love the first one the best.
Guy: Truly beautiful captures of the sky.
HI GuyNice skys and colours. Did someone pull a rake across the sky in the first one...Have a lovely weekend, Ev
Amazing post Regina! In the first it looks like someone painted the sky with a brush :-)
Beautiful skies in your neck of the woods this week.
The second one just stole my heart, also took my breath away.
As usually sky is gorgreous there:)Have a lovely weekend!
Mackeral skies and streaks of sherbert!Lovely Guy!

Beautiful captures Guy, Love the second oneAbstract Painting
Loving the clouds and the church, Guy!
Fantastic photos! The first is just awesome and I love Evelyn's description of the rake being pulled over the sky. The second is lovely just because I love color.
They are both great shots but I love the "rows" of clouds in the first.
Gorgeous colors in these great shots.
guy, gorgeous shots! i love that lake photo...
Beautiful tracery against the pink of the sky.
Thank you for your wonderful comments. I had forgotten about those photos. I took them in the first weeks with my DSLR, and then got busy with moving! Those colors were SOC! Seeing the morning sunrise over the may small lakes in our community are something that I do miss her in Pennsylvania, but there is so much more to compensate.
Lovely skies. I think the cathedral makes a great setting for a SkyWatch photo.
Fantastic captures, lovely buildings against the sky.
Beautiful pictures... love the colors!
Beautiful to see the lake covered in snow. I like the cathedral spires reaching up to the sky, too.
Wow, I love them both...
The cloud formation in the first is different--it reminds me of a plowed field--and the second one is just plain lovely! Thanks for visiting!
The sky brings waves of feelings that translate into projections of transducent delight.
y favorite is the second one, well framed and there is just magic in the frozen lake!
Beautiful winter skies. I love both photos but the last is my favorite. Thanks for stopping by my blog.
Both shots are just awesome Guy.Can't decide which one I like best.B.
I love how you centered the building in the distance.
I really like your second photo. We don't get much snow here so I like to live vicariously through others!!Thanks for visiting my blog!!!
Really beautiful skies and the color are wonderful:-)Wish you a great weekend!
Such very pretty skies! Love the winter tree shapes but especially love the arch of the dome in the distance!
All 4 season's in Regina are picturesque, especially the way you capture them. Love the dramatic snow covered lake under a colourful sunset sky.
The sunset shot is lovely :)

Just another jagged sky over Gothic City!
Couldn't work out why the lake didn't have footprints on until I read it was a lake - doh! Very pretty colours xo
Wow the lake is frozen. I remember seeing your summer shots of the lake. It does look pretty but cold. The first sky is interesting with its repetative pattern.
The dark steeples against the light of the sky is gorgeous, Guy.
To me the snow on the lake almost looks like a thick white mist in that lighting.. Very nice
The clouds in the first pic were like corn fields ... great capture ... and thanks for dropping by anythingdavao.
WOW! Gorgeous pictures! The first picture with wonderful clouds, the second with beautiful colours!
I love both pictures! But the colour of the second one with the tree branches on the side is really wonderful!:P
